  Ensuring workplace safety, particularly in industries dealing with molten metal, is of paramount importance. Recognizing the critical nature of this issue, we recently conducted an intensive one-day training program on Molten Metal Safety at Sterlite Copper, Silvassa, on July 13, 2024. The session saw active participation from 29 individuals who were eager to enhance their knowledge and skills related to molten metal handling. As the trainer, my goal was to provide participants with updated information and best practices to ensure their safety and the safety of those around them.
